Yoga is a practical aid, not a religion. Yoga is an ancient art based on the harmonious development system for the body, mind and spirit. The practice of yoga certainly keeps you healthy and fit. But it is difficult without an experienced GURU, so we found a guru with experience who can help you learn yoga.

This renowned yoga guru yoga teaches courses for beginners and intermediates. The minimum time for each course is two weeks. Enjoy two weeks with a highly qualified yoga guru around nature.

This is the detailed program:

Day 1- Arrive Delhi

Arrival at Delhi International Airport, transfer to hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2

Breakfast. Transfer to the domestic airport and flight to the central Ashram Yoga.

During the next two weeks will go there all the time for practice of yoga, its different positions and also test the Indian food.

Upon completion of the course of yoga, back to the airport to return to Delhi.
